European Phantom Trek 28 days
Britain, France, Belgium, & Holland
This incredible 4 country tour (Britain, France, Belgium, & Holland) will bike through
major cities and quaint villages to experience Europe's unique museums, monuments,
people, and cultures. The group makes a large loop; starting in southwestern Britain
at Windsor Castle and Stonehenge. Then we ferry to France and follow the Seine River
through Monet's Giverny, Versailles, and Paris. A train ride north takes us to Belgium
to bike between the beautiful cities of Bruges and Ghent. In the Netherlands we'll
bike through Amsterdam before we ferry back to Great Britain to cycle through East
Anglia including Cambridge and finally 3 days in London before the flight home.

Enjoy a trip full of the finer things in life; culture, food and fun. We'll spend
our first few days in Paris among the cafes, shops and museums. Heading west, we'll
visit the magnificent Versailles, while meandering through it's many elaborate gardens
and fountains. Then it's on to Loire Valley stopping to tour some of the many famous
chateaus and the picturesque towns of the region. A train ride through the Alps will
land us in Venice, Italy where the food is abundant and the streets of water are
filled with gondolas. Ride south to visit Florence where we'll enjoy our visit to
the Duomo while sampling the many flavors of gelato. Once in Rome we'll see the colossal
Coliseum as well as the Vatican. Maybe even catch a glimpse of the Pope!

Pacific Northwest Trek 18 days
Seattle, Vancouver, Olympic National Park
Biking north out of Seattle we'll follow the breathtaking views overlooking the Puget
Sound through hip Washington towns and up to vibrant Vancouver, Canada. Ferries will
take us through the San Juan Islands and to the city of Victoria, BC and back to
Washington to spend 3 days in Olympic National Park. Biking south we'll visit the
historic city of Port Townsend, the lovely Birch Bay that features the warmest and
safest salt water beach on the coast, and Vashon Island with a hostel that features
teepees and covered wagons for sleeping Spend the final 2 days sightseeing and enjoying
great restaurants in Seattle.

Cross the George Washington Bridge and ride north along the scenic Palisades to Bear

Lake George and head through Vermont to Burlington. As we enter Canada's French Quebec

Maine Coast Trek 16 days
Boston, Portsmouth, Rockport, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor
The beautiful harbors, small towns, and back roads nestled along the coastline from
Boston, MA to Bar Harbor, ME are the setting for this amazing, biking adventure.
Just north of Boston we'll cycle through historic and seafaring cities and then head
into New Hampshire to find its beautiful beaches, resort towns, and state parks.
The cities of Portsmouth and Portland are rich in maritime history and culture but
shopping we'll leave for nearby Freeport, the renowned home of LL Bean. We'll bike

MASS Transit Trek 16 days
Boston, Provincetown, Cape Cod, Connecticut Valley, Berkshires,
Albany
Bike from one end of gorgeous Massachusetts to the other. Ferry from Boston to "Dunes
Edge" Provincetown and then bike the entire length of Cape Cod. Visit Pilgrim's Monument,
the Cape Cod National Seashore, and many fine beaches. Then it's on to the Connecticut
River Valley region home of Six Flags New England and the 5 Colleges (Smith, Amherst,
Hampshire, Mt. Holyoke & UMAS). We'll ride through the picturesque towns of Great

Across America Trek 55 days
Portland, OR to New York
Welcome to our toughest trip. Cycling from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean along
a 3600+ mile northern TranAm cycle route. Ride through Oregon, Washington, Idaho,
Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and along the Great Lakes to
Niagara Falls. Follow the Erie Canal bike route across NY to the Hudson River and
a short 150 miles to NYC. The adventures and experiences are endless, but don't kid
yourself you must be in good shape. There will no doubt be days when close to 100
miles will have to be ridden. Days when you will face strong headwinds and mountainous
terrain. If you enjoy pitting yourself against the elements and find satisfaction
in being part of Teen Treks most challenging trip, than this is for you. It's a lifetime
experience!

Cape Cod Trek 14 days
Boston, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket & Provincetown
The ride south out of Boston takes us past Plymouth Rock and onto Cape Cod. We'll
take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and then Nantucket to find awesome beaches, unique
towns, and great hostels. Back on the Cape, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and National
Seashore Bicycle Trail take us through the fishing and resort towns of Eastham, Wellfleet,
and Truro. Provincetown offers amazing beaches, towering sand dunes, trendy eateries,
and the awesome sand dunes bike path. We'll ferry back to Boston to spend a final
2 days visiting Faneuil Hall, Harvard Sq., Shakespeare in the Park, and trendy eateries/shops.

The shorelines of Connecticut and Rhode Island are covered with sandy beaches, winding
back roads, and small New England style towns; a biker's paradise. After a brief
train ride to New Haven we'll follow the coast through scenic towns of Guilford and
Madison to the miles of sandy beaches at Hammonasset State Park. Over the next few
days we'll bike through quaint Old Saybrook and New London to Mystic Seaport, a living
history museum depicting coastal New England in the 19th century. In Rhode Island
we'll follow the coastline and catch a ferry to Block Island, featuring 17 miles
of pristine beaches and great bike paths. Another ferry will land us in Newport and
then we'll ride north for the final 2 days in Providence before a bus ride to NYC.

New England Shore Trek 16 days

Follow the Long Island Sound and Atlantic coastlines between New York and Boston
for an amazing biking adventure. We'll hop a train to get us out of NYC and bike
through beautiful Connecticut towns & winding coastal roadways. We'll stop in the
historic seaport cities of Mystic & Groton before experiencing the white Rhode Island
beaches on our way to Block Island-

Niagara Toronto Trek 10 days
Buffalo, Niagara Falls & Toronto
This Trek is a biker and swimmer's paradise following the Niagara River and Lake
Ontario shorelines through world class tourist destinations and along awesome bike
trails. On the first day we cross the International Peace Bridge from Buffalo into
Canada for a short ride to Niagara Falls. There we'll ride on the Maid of the Mist,
see the Skylon Tower, bike the Goat Islands, and hike in the Niagara Gorge. Then
we're off to the Welland Canal to see the enormous lake freighters. We'll spend a
day at Confederation Water Park with great slides, beaches, & mini golf. Then onto
Toronto for 2 days to visit the trendy Kensington Market, major museums, Chinatown,
and the Toronto Islands.

Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Toronto, 1000 Islands, Erie Canal
Ride around Lake Ontario on an international adventure that includes Niagara Falls, the cosmopolitan city of Toronto and the beautiful 1000 Islands. At Niagara Falls we’ll take the Maid of the Mist & hike below in the Niagara Gorge. We’ll then bike past the enormous lake freighters on the Welland Canal and swim at the Confederation Water Park In Toronto we will visit the Toronto Islands, major museums, and Chinatown. As we head east to the 1000 Islands on bike paths and back roads we will find many beaches/provincial parks and sleep in the famous Lighthouse Hostel. On the south side of the lake we’ll find great road biking & scenery and we’ll visit Chimney Bluffs, Rochester, and portions of the Erie Canal.
